Tips for getting faster as a carrier.

I know this has been talked to death. Still any idea on getting faster? Been an RCA for about 2 months now, and am under threat of getting fired or resigning if I don't speed up. Been having issues getting to that under 8hrs evaluated. Usually I'm around 8.09hrs or some a little over. Past few days it has been over by about two hours. Management is saying that we've given you tips multiple times, you should have gotten faster by this point. Problem is that the route an insane amount of mail everyday, plus packages, box holders sometimes 5 or 6 for the same house. Hell at one point I had nearly to holds for a weekend holiday. Repetition has helped since my regular has been in leave the past two weeks, but it mother's day didn't help.

Best Outdoor Home Security Cams?

Good morning, looking for good recs for outdoor security cameras as a first time home buyer that don't require a subscription or a subscription I can cancel easily or I pay monthly and can easily cancel.

At the moment I have Cove, and I like the hubs, the window sensors and door sensors as they add a good sense of security. My wife was a victim of DV from previous exs so the hubs where she can actively look at the cameras are great as she's going to soon be transferring to working from home and I want her to be safe, while I can also see if something is going on through phone apps.

Some of the issues I've noticed with Cove have been connection issues pull up the cameras on my phone. Either they don't show or take several minutes, power issues like I said or they simply don't work at all. The sensors all work fine. Someone recommended Ring as they also have different aftermarket parts for can order, or hardwired cameras, but that would be a bit difficult as we have an older house and I like the ability to move the cameras as needed.

Thought I'd throw the question out to the internet and see what cam back. Thanks!
