Anyone know where I can get this in Windsor ?

I work in a very niche community. There is an organisation where the ceo is leaving. At a conference he was talking to the person who had the position before him and they suggested me as his replacement. The CEO then came up to me and asked to have a meeting. I reached out after the conference and we met where he described the position. I then reached out months later asking when the position was opening to which he said soon and a week later emailed me the job posting directly. I applied. The job closes Monday. I feel confident but should I ? Should I do anything extra in the interview to solid this up? I’m planning on leaving my current job regardless as I’m really unhappy there. Just wondering how others would see this

Warning long post ahead !

My boss has been harassing me. Here is a list of things that have happened :
-constant questioning of everything I do
- accused me of lying on an expense report for reimbursements, required me to prove to him in person even though I attempted many times to put it in writing
-when I came back from a stress leave of 3 weeks he pulled me into his office to tell me I was immature and unprofessional
-when I asked for an adjustment on a meeting time I was told I was toxic and not respecting hierarchy
-told me I now need a committee of people on every work decision because he suspects conflicts of interest on my part
- assigned all of my work to my coworker (different title) and left me with literally nothing to do.
- has a work group chat with all of my coworkers and not me in it so I’m out of the loop

I file a complaint to HR and end up receiving an email from his boss saying that she will be investigating and wanted a meeting with me, I asked for a union representative and she said it was not necessary, then ten minutes later (I hadn’t replied yet) said nevermind I’ll conduct the investigation without talking to you. I then emailed quickly and essentially begged for a meeting, to which she agreed. She asked for no proof of anything even though I offered. She then called me to tell me she spoke to my boss and that they know I have anxiety and that’s probably why I feel targeted. She then sent an email to me saying she did not find anything that would indicate harassment.

My mental health is destroyed, I’ve been written off work again because I truly cannot cope and I feel absolutely helpless. Do I just leave ? Is there anything I can do? My union is not helping and says it’s an HR issue, HR says the investigation has concluded and there’s nothing left to do.
