I M24 was in a toxic relationship for 2 years that ended with my ex sleeping with her ex on a “break.” The past 3 months I was on a work trip so the breakup was bearable with how busy I was.

Now I’m coming back to my city I moved to with her 2 years ago and I feel like I’m back at square 1 emotionally. I have no friends here because we relied on each other, and last night I stupidly unblocked and checked her instagram account when drunk. She seems to be very happy now, and actually blocked me when I accidentally sent a momentary friend request.

All this to say I’m very lonely and emotionally distraught right now. Any advice on how to deal with this is greatly appreciated.
