My ice cream is coming out as more softserve or mcflurry texture which I enjoy, but I also want to make it more of a scoopable texture for cones and such. Here's my ingredients and steps I'm doing for now.

400 g fairlife 2%

5 Oreo thins

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

45 g monk fruit sweetener

Pinch of salt

1/4 tsp xantham

I blend it all together using immersion blender except for the Oreo thins

Freeze over night for 20 hours

Run under hot water for 40-60 sec

Mix on full-ice cream (using creami delux settings)

Add in the oreos and break them up

Then run once more on mix in setting.
