I needed to express that the Chelsea MA SC out did themselves. I dropped my truck off yesterday for what I believe was water (from rain) getting into the charging system which gave me a message on Thursday that I could not charge (I did try and it did stop me on Thursday after rain stopped) without service. I got the AI to allow me to make an appointment and I suspect because my truck was going to brick it self soon I somehow got some priority as it said I could have a Monday appointment in 4 days. I am lucky enough to have two other SC near me and they were both 3 weeks away. So, I took the Chelsea appointment and I am so happy I did. Friday was sunny so I was able to charge it up to 70% (because the warning went away) and I did see a micro gap in the charge door and I added that picture to the case. My service rep was wonderful and I am not sure if I can say his name and he said it would take about two days once they started it. Today he called and said they finished the replacements. I have had service before for my 2025 Gen 2 dual motor R1T some have been good and some have taken weeks. So, I thought I let the community know it is possible to have what I believe was close to an ice service appointment. I also realize it is before the market and SC are plugged beyond full with R2’s (even if Qc is perfect by that point) they will need tire rotations and that will stretch it. One other thing I thought I mention is while the truck was under no charging the system did let me warm the batteries to prepare for a level 3 charge should that be grayed out like opening the charge door was?
