I ask because during my AT thru I carried a Big Agnes Tiger Wall 2 that turned out to be a pretty wretched piece of gear. One problem was that the yellow silnylon tent floor went translucent on wet/muddy/etc. ground, causing it to turn a shit-brown color that was not only aesthetically gross, but also made it difficult to see where water/condensation/etc. was building up.

And so: if I have to pitch the X-Mid on wet/muddy/etc. ground, which I definitely will, am I gonna have the same problem of the floor turning the same color as whatever's under it?
