Is certified select line supposed to be smalls? Picked up this strawberry lemonade this afternoon and realized it’s all smalls when I opened the bag. This was obviously not marketed as smalls.
I think they have a day for everything now, but today happens to be national wing day, apparently? Anyway, dry-brined these for an hour in the fridge. Put them on the Old Country with some hickory splits at 225 for 1.5 hrs. Cranked it up to 400 for another 30 minutes to finish. Skin is nice and crispy. I prefer dry rub on the smoker and then providing sauce on the side. Happy Wing Day!!
