Indomethacin

Not that I’m constantly surfing this sub, but I feel like I don’t see it discussed here enough. I’ve had three flareups in my life (all inner ankle) and indomethacin is like pure magic for me. Within 30 minutes my ankle is completely back to normal. The effects last for several hours for me as well, like 5-6+.

Maybe I’m lucky but in the three flare ups I’ve had, four or five rounds of indomethacin and a lot of water and I’ve been good to go after that.

Does it work this well for anyone else?

What is this brownish reddish grainy material that has accumulated at our furnace? It's less than a year old.

It's also on the pipes and on those plastic tub lids at the bottom of the picture. TIA.

Dropping the ring finger below the keys - is that bad? Are there drills or practices I can do to fix it if so?

Just found an example on YouTube of what I'm talking about - this player is doing the same thing. It's very difficult for me not fire my ring finger when on a 4-note chord that I would normally play with my 1-2-3-5. Does anyone else struggle with this? I've been told that it's not only improper style but also can lead to carpal tunnel.

Best ISP for downtown ?

I just got an office in downtown and am wondering if there are strong preference toward AT&T fiber vs Xfinity or any other options I’m overlooking. TIA.
