offene Sicherheitsbehördenanfrage after Niederlassungserlaubnis appointment. Normal?
Had my Niederlassungserlaubnis appointment in Frankfurt last week. The appointment itself went smoothly, fingerprints and biometrics were taken, fee paid and I also got the PIN/PUK letter during the appointment.
Before leaving though, the case worker asked me to sign a paper saying:
„Eine abschließende positive Entscheidung ist noch nicht getroffen. Grund dafür ist das noch fehlende Führungszeugnis und die noch offene Sicherheitsbehördenanfrage.“
She still proceeded with everything and mentioned this happens in the background and nothing to be done from my side.
Now I am slightly overthinking. Did others also get something similar during the PR process? And if yes, did it affect how long the card took to arrive or anything? Thanks in advance for your inputs
