We have HOA funds stuck in a Venmo account we can’t access due to a former employee setup.

Two recent payments were sent there, and we need them completed or returned. We also need the account closed to prevent further payments.

Current support channels (bot and phone) have not provided a way to reach a live agent or resolve this.

Has anyone successfully escalated a situation like this?
