Master 4 modification

Got the master 4 last week, buttons too hard to press.

For MMB, I always replace it with ALPS SKRAAWE010. Only 0.6N operation force,

I have been using the master series since master 2s, usually that's the only thing I do. But for master 4, the other buttons also need some modification.

To my surprise, the left and right buttons are also significantly harder to press than master 3s. I use my ring finger for RMB, and it already feels uncomfortable after a few clicks.

The closest switch I can find is Panasonic EVQP0E07K. According the datasheet, the operation force is 0.74N. However the dealer told me he has some old version of EVQP0E07K which is only 0.65N, and there's also a EVQP0E07KBB4 version with similar operation force.

I can't find any datasheets, so I bought both of them, also some KAILH switch that claims to be 0.70N +-0.10N. I can confirm the Panasonic ones is softer than KAILH, by pushing 2 buttons face to face to see which one clicks first. In the end I choose EVQP0E07KBB4 which is the softest.

The last modification is the thumb button. The new thumb button uses a really hard spring, need way more force to push than master 3s. It's 3mm in diameter, about 6mm long, with 0.5mm wire thickness. I can't find a 6mm spring, so I get some 5mm and 10mm springs with 0.3mm wire thickness. The 5mm is not long enough but the 10mm works great. Even with additional 4mm, it's still a lot softer than the original one.

Huge thumb up for exposing all the screws on the button. It is a lot easier to disassemble now.

Another interesting thing is the battery, good to see a product that pays attention to maintainability.
