Gym and Steak recommendations

Coming to the CWS in a few weeks. This will be my 4th time there so very familiar with the area, but have a couple questions.

We're staying in Little Italy. Are there any cool local gyms in the area that I should check out? I'm a "gym tourist" so love checking out local gyms. Have used Planet Fitness in the last trips but would love to avoid that. I've hit some over in the Pappilion Bellevue areas, but prefer not to drive out there this time since I'll be ubering and no rental car.

Second question...locals give me the true lowdown on Cascio's Steakhouse. We always hit a nice steak joint and Cascio's is on our list every time but we end up somewhere else. But since I'm staying within walking distance, I think this is the year we try it. Thoughts? Is it worth the walk?

Wanting to power an outbuilding/home gym need advice

I want to start by saying I am extremely new to solor power! So all information is greatly appreciated.

Looking to build a 15x20 outbuilding in my backyard and want to assess the possibility of using solar to power it. It would be a long run to get hard power back to where it will be located, plus since I'm in Florida, having an area that is solor powered would be a benefit during storms.

As I said, it'll be 15x20. Fully finished inside. Will have to power lights, TV, an HVAC split unit, treadmill, stair machine, and would like to have an infrared sauna in there as well.

Is this feasible? I have an understanding of how to calculate load requirements, but wondering if this would be financially practical and if anyone has any recommendations on systems that are on the market to consider.

Also, anything I'm not thinking of?
