Phoenix, AZ area job market?

What can anyone tell me about the job market/EMS systems in and around Phoenix, AZ (say, within an hour’s drive of Scottsdale- open to a bit more commute if >24 hour shift)

I‘d be looking at 911, CCT (ground and/or air), or hospital/ED- if the hospital role was an actual paramedic (full scope) position. I’m an active NRP, have every merit badge card class and a whole bunch of other alphabet soup, BS, 7 years total experience including urban and rural 911, IFT, ER and 2 years each ground CCT and am currently 2 years into a flight job. So I can’t imagine not checking every qualification box for any role. Not opposed to supervisory or education-focused roles necessarily.

*Edit* forgot to mention, am a former FF and not opposed to working for an FD (but apparently PFD isn’t recommended), but only in a single-role. No interest in fighting fire in the desert
