PC Powers on but monitor doesn’t register a signal

As per the title, my PC turns on, but after it does, my motherboard displays a green LED (if only the CPU and RAM are connected) and the monitor turns on but displays the text “DisplayPort NO SIGNAL”; when the GPU and or peripherals are connected the debug light on the motherboard is white, but the monitor message remains the same.

Troubleshooting done so far:
Unplugged all peripherals, including WiFi antenna.

I’ve disconnected the GPU and tried running the display off the motherboard.

I’ve unplugged the CMOS battery, waited for 15 minutes, plugged it back in and tried to restart the system.

I tested each RAM stick separately.

I cleaned the thermal paste from the CPU and cooler before removing the CPU and checked the pins on both the port and the chip to see if anything was bent or discolored; after doing so I applied new thermal compound to the CPU.

I checked the 24-pin connector to see if any connections were discolored.

Context:
The PC has been working completely fine since I built it, last year. Last Thursday, it worked as expected. On Friday, when I went to turn the PC on it started doing what I described above. I really hope someone can help me troubleshoot my rig.

PNY NVIDIA RTX 5070ti
