I have got an email from acca of royal mail tracking number. However when i track since 1 week its showing leaving UK, the status still hasnt changed.
Royal mail has its delivery partner link of emirates post in its website. However there is no appropriate tracking number for emirates post.
When i contact emirates post, they directly hang up the call. Pathetic customer service.
Please let me know if this is a bug or not, or will my package be returned without my knowledge? what shall i do?
