Serum test vs. Mira PdG

Adding this here in case it’s helpful for anyone. I (34F) know a lot of us test with Mira everyday, and, perhaps because of that, put a lot of weight/thought into the hormone values. Sometimes it sends me into a bit of a rabbit hole. On the upside, it did encourage me to talk to my doctor and get a consult on ovulation (am I ovulating properly with sometimes no LH peaks and no confirmed ovulation bc not high enough?). I drink a TON of water bc we live in a tropical environment and work out everyday. Anyways, I think that was interfering with my #s because my serum PdG results just came back at 15.8 ng/mL and on that day I had the serum draw, Mira clocked it at 4.9 ug/mL (see images). In sum, my serum test showed my PdG levels confirmed ovulation. I think due to several factors, I may naturally show somewhat “lower-looking” PdG values on urine testing even when serum progesterone is actually solid. So maybe this is just a plug to get the serum test if you’re discouraged. Hope this is helpful for someone!

Confirmed LH but no confirmed ovulation (yet)

First, I’m (34F) super appreciative of this community and feedback from everyone on my previous posts.

Curious to know anyone’s thoughts on this cycle. It seems a little more in tune than my previous cycles (one of which was anovulatory, I think). I’m not planning to test until at least 11DPO, as I think I’m at ~5-6 DPO.

All my labs are in “normal” range and I am going in for a progesterone test tomorrow, so I’m encouraged by the steady rise in PdG. Appreciate any insight 🙏
