I think today is actually peak

My e3g has NEVER been this high. And yes, my lh was higher last night but today...but I have ewcm and feel like today is peak versus yesterday. Im also frustrated because we tried to BD last night but he could not complete the job 😣with that being said do you agree i still have a fighting chance? We did BD a couple days ago as well.

So, we disregard quantitative values, right? Give me hope

My E3G outside of the fertile window is always SO low. Like, 40-75 in the luteal phase. Then, 60-80 until my body starts preparing for ovulation, then it gets over 100. And I’m in my 20s!!

Weirdly, I am producing so much watery CM the last two days and my E3G measurement this morning was 40. I expected it to be at least 100 given the CM. To me, that means something must be working correctly.

On another note, my PdG typically looks good but it also dropped today, yet my temperature rose again? And I know I’m temping right because I have a temp drop that has years of my data to support the algorithm it uses.

Has anyone had real testing done and realized Mira is very wrong about quantitative values for them? I wonder if I just metabolize hormones in a way that makes it harder to detect in urine? Someone give me hope 😩

I think I hate having the data?!

Hi everyone! First cycle using Mira. I was able to get the device and the wands covered by my fertility benefit so I figured whyyyy not.

For context, we are a two mom family trying for our second child. Our first daughter we conceived via IUI #2 with frozen donor sperm. We decided to try our hand a couple of rounds of at home insemination since we have several vials left.

Prior to Mira we attempted last month, but I think we pulled the trigger a bit too early and frozen sperm does not last as long in the body as fresh sperm. SO, on this second cycle I thought having Mira along with all the other LH strips and test would be great.

TURNS OUT, it has made me aggressively more anxious. Not to mention my cycle is running a couple of days behind what it has been doing for months now. (Probably because I’m stressing) So needless to say, I’m super stressed and I guess I’m just venting. Mira as a tool is honestly super super cool and I love seeing the information but for whatever reason it’s kinda making me lose my mind lol can anyone relate?

Is this a glitch?

3rd cycle using Mira.
Been tracking BBT since 2018 so I feel like I knowwwww my cycle ridiculously well.. been TTC since a loss in dec 2024 so decided to get Mira to stay in check with my actual hormone levels (I always used LH tests every cycle and they always peaked)

I can feel my body gearing up towards ovulation (again pretty good with all my symptoms, way I feel etc)
Expected this morning to see even more rise in E3G and LH etc but instead everything has crashed super low?!
It’s so stressful and fills me with anxiety but at the same time I wonder if this is a wand error?

When I was just using natural cycles and doing LH tests I knew where I was at and it’s always been accurate but seeing a climb in levels on Mira I was feeling like I had more information… the wands are so expensive so I don’t really want to do another test… I used FMU which was super concentrated so don’t think it’s a dilution issue?

Chart Advice

Hi I’m 10dpo and just confused on what’s happening. Typical cycle is about 28-32 days, miscarriage 4 months ago, I was trying to save the ultra wands for the beginning of the cycle and end so I missed FSH cd15-22.
UPDATE: Took a test after 4 hours and got a faint line!!!!!

So frustrated using this. First cycle testing (4th TTC)

Honestly using this device has been so frustrating this month. My hormone results are all over the place. I don’t think I’ve had a single day where all are marked normal. It’s either low or high. Which is certainly stressful. I’ve tried FMU, SMU, 3.5 hour -4 hour hold in the afternoon. It says it can’t confirm I ovulated this cycle. My bbt is still up +.7 today yet my pdg is low. Is this thing worth continuing to use? I’m just so frustrated with the results. I’m also definitely feeling a bit defeated as I’m interpreting my results today as me being out this cycle since pdg is so low and I’m 9 dpo. Any advice or insight would be so greatly appreciated.

Am i out?

I’m 6 days DPO, my pdg tends to rise slowly but it has already trended way higher than in my previous cycle. I know 6 DPO is still early but im so anxious because my e3g has been declining

Spiralling

Why can’t positive charts look different than negative charts 🙃

This is like torture. 12DPO today, testing negative on 10miu strips. Luteal is typically 15 days so I’m about to be happy or heartbroken.

I’m just venting but if anyone has any input feel free to comment!

**this is my first full cycle tracking with Mira. Last cycle was my first after loss (didn’t have a period before I ovulated) and my PDG tanked 10DPO

disparity across tracking tools

According to Mira, I ovulated on Aug. 7, CD13 - 10DPO, but my Natural Cycles app seems to think I’m entering my fertile window now. It suggested I take an ovulation test today, which showed a faint line, but not a true positive. I had a negative pregnancy test last night (I know 9DPO is usually too early, and it wasn’t first thing in the morning either).

This is my second full cycle using Mira and wearing my Oura ring. I’m not a religious Natural Cycles tracker, but I have a weird cycle so I figured it was probably worth it to collect info from a variety of sources (and also, I’m insane). I also just started using Kegg (again, I’m insane), and really don’t know what to make of the discrepancies across each app.

I don’t want to get my hopes up with the faint line on the ovulation test, thinking it may be picking up HCG, when Natural Cycles is thinking I may be in my fertile window, and I’m trying to wait until 14DPO to take another pregnancy test, but AHHHHHH.

If it this isn’t my month for conception, I’m just trying to figure out which app to trust so I’m not doing the deed every day to make sure I heat each app’s supposed fertile window LOL

Anyone else have overall really low hormone levels?

This is my first month tracking and I had started a medication (hydroxychloroquine) a month before so it’s possible it could have impacted things but I’m surprised to see such little variation in my levels. Anyone else have a similar profile?

CD 13 whose with me?

First letrozole 5mg cycle since endo surgery. Curious if I have any cycle sisters! E3g rose sharply this evening so thinning ovulation is around the corner 💚

When to test :)

When did you all take your first pregnancy test?? I feel like it may be too early, but my PdG has been reallyyy high! I’m hoping this cycle is the one 🙏

Background: PCOS girlie having taken clomid this cycle :)

I also believe the two dips were a result of diluted urine, but the numbers, I believe, are still high/within range. Does anyone else see this much fluctuation with their Pdg as well?

Ty all 💕🤞

Did I time it right this cycle??

Hey! I finally ovulated on time this cycle and I’m trying to figure out if my timing was good.

My LH peaked on August 12, 13th, 14th & 16th. My temp jumped on Aug 13th and again on 15,16th with PdG jumping to 6 the next day.

Help this is my first month using

Technically just started tracking for TTC in October due to meds I was on the previous month for arthritis. We have never had protected sex for over 2 years and nothings ever happened so I didn’t think much of having sex a day and a half after ovulation but now this is what my chart is looking like and i am testing both in the morning and afternoon bc im new and had no idea I wasn’t suppose to test first pee in the morning but anyway all thoughts and help reading my chart would be appreciated ❤️

FSH Skyrocketed

Whoa. WTH is happening with my FSH?!?! I (40) hit a value of close to 60 today.

This month was a blur for us and we only BD three times during the fertile window, but we’v only been trying for 3-4 months (took out my BC 4/15 after being on hormonal and non-hormonal BC since I was 18).

I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative, before anyone asks, but my question is specifically about my crazy high FSH

u/alexiavizcarra — 4 days ago

This isn’t really a Mira question … but how do you stay positive?

For the women in their 40s who are trying to conceive… how do you keep doing this month after month without feeling completely defeated?
Every month starts with hope. You track everything, time everything, analyse every little symptom and tell yourself maybe this is our month. Then you wait. You try not to get too excited, but of course you do. And when that negative test comes or your period arrives, it feels like all that hope disappears in an instant.
Then somehow you’re expected to pick yourself up, start a new cycle and find that hope all over again.
I know getting pregnant in your 40s can be harder and the statistics aren’t always kind, but knowing that doesn’t make wanting a baby any less. It doesn’t make the disappointment hurt any less either.
So for the women who have been doing this for months or even years — how do you stay positive?

Is it too early to be excited?? Do these numbers indicate pregnancy?

What do you guys think? I took my first test today and it was negative but my period isn't expected until August 21. Does this look like I could be pregnant?
