CD18 period, now LH rising already CD5? 🫪

What’s happening here?

I randomly started a period very early on CD18 last cycle. Bled quite heavily for 3 days. Now my LH is already rising on CD5? My OPK is also super dark (second pic)

My cycle is average 26 days, 12 day luteal.

I’m so confused.

Serum test vs. Mira PdG

Adding this here in case it’s helpful for anyone. I (34F) know a lot of us test with Mira everyday, and, perhaps because of that, put a lot of weight/thought into the hormone values. Sometimes it sends me into a bit of a rabbit hole. On the upside, it did encourage me to talk to my doctor and get a consult on ovulation (am I ovulating properly with sometimes no LH peaks and no confirmed ovulation bc not high enough?). I drink a TON of water bc we live in a tropical environment and work out everyday. Anyways, I think that was interfering with my #s because my serum PdG results just came back at 15.8 ng/mL and on that day I had the serum draw, Mira clocked it at 4.9 ug/mL (see images). In sum, my serum test showed my PdG levels confirmed ovulation. I think due to several factors, I may naturally show somewhat “lower-looking” PdG values on urine testing even when serum progesterone is actually solid. So maybe this is just a plug to get the serum test if you’re discouraged. Hope this is helpful for someone!

Title: 44 years old, 10 DPO, negative test… what do you think of my Mira chart?

Hi everyone,

Looking for some honest opinions on my Mira chart because I feel like I’m driving myself crazy analysing every number. I’m currently 10 and my pregnancy tests are still negative.

I’m 44 years old and have done 3 unsuccessful IVF rounds. After the last round I was basically told my eggs are “too old” and that I’m “too old,” which honestly crushed me. This cycle is natural and I know the odds aren’t exactly in my favour, but I’m still holding onto a tiny bit of hope.

I’ve had some symptoms that feel different for me — cramping/twinges, sleep issues, feeling hot overnight, sore nipples earlier in the luteal phase — but I also know progesterone can troll you hard.

Would really appreciate any thoughts on my chart from people who know Mira better than I do. Does anything look promising or does it look like a normal non-pregnant luteal phase?

Thanks for being kind 🤍

Positive HCG tests but e1g has tanked

I started testing positive for HCG on 5/17 and strips getting darker each day, including today 5/20. Progesterone went down, then back up but why is the e1g nonexistent? Is this a chemical pregnancy?

Pdg

Hi all…I’m currently 15DPO and after having low progressing positives, feel like I’m waiting for another miscarriage to start.

I tested using my Mira today (haven’t in a few days as the app didn’t advise I should once I logged positive) but now I’m wondering….

Would this be a sign of low progesterone? This is my third chemical in a year.

am i approaching perimenopause?

i’m becoming a regular poster here.. i just turned 33 a couple of weeks ago, but i found out in March that i have low AMH and i just started tracking with Mira at the beginning of last cycle, so the amount of data is limited, but im scared that my chart is showing signs of perimenopause… is it too late for me?
any advice or reassurance would be amazing right now 😓

Did I miss it?

Hi, sorry I did not test as much as I probably should have, but I ran out of strips and didn’t feel like ordering more since we have an IVF consultation next month.

Did I miss my ovulation or does it look like I might have not ovulated yet? I feel so lost. 😞

LOW Beta hCG

Hi,
I got low beta hCG (39) on CD32/ 16 DPO and then repeated on CD 34 and got it at 108. Is this normal or could turn into viable pregnancy?
My OBGYN said since the numbers are so low don’t get hopeful

I’m so confused

I’m currently on CD 20 of a very irregular cycle. I got off depo a little more than a year ago. My doc suggested mira so I can know when I ovulate. I have no clue how to read this and I asked chat gpt. It said that I ovulated already. Tbh I just want a baby and my hormones are everywhere. Send help.

When to BD?

Would love advice and feedback on when to BD! My partner can’t ejaculate multiple days in a row so we have to be strategic about when we BD- the first two hearts we had sex, and the last one was artificial insemination. we’ve been trying for 4 months post MMC and not sure what to do. hoping that timing sex better will help.

thank you in advance!

Anyone have any ideas what’s happening? TCC w/ endometriosis and PCOS

26F, 164 lbs — TCC w/ endometriosis, PCOS

No menstrual cycle after years of marina IUD (removed 3 weeks ago) & an AMH of 0.79

feeling so defeated

this is only my second cycle with Mira (TTC). i already know that i have DOR at age 32-33, i found out in March that my AMH is 0.367, so i know to expect high FSH at the beginning of my cycle.. but now i’m seeing that my estrogen is also high and my luteal phases are only 8 days long on average. i don’t have any other health problems and my AFC and uterine lining were normal in April.
but i’m just feeling completely hopeless right now and so scared that i’m infertile.
any kind of support or advice or hope would be so amazing.. <3

Should I test this afternoon?

My LH surges so far have been, 7.5, 30, 15, and 10, so low surges in general. Today's was 13.4, so I assume that's my surge for the month. I've seen people double test on surge days. Will that possibly help me catch a high number? Any advice?

Also for TTC should we BD today or tomorrow? I'm not sure we have it in us to do both. 😂

BFP chart, 10 (9?) DPO Letrozole Cycle

Took Letrozole 5mg CD3-7, started progesterone supplements 3 DPO at night. Had only one shot very early morning CD17! Been testing with FRER since 7(?)DPO and got my first positive today :)

Posting my chart to help other people like the other charts helped me💜

Weirdly low lh but high fsh surge?

I am confused as my lh is below the normal 'surge' level but fsh seems super high. I had a similar trend last cycle (which ended up with pregnancy and miscarriage at 7 weeks).

Is this an error?

I switched from ultra to max wands and idk if this is a false reading? I had errors with ultra wands (so many I think I should get a freaking partial refund) but this looks different that the ultra readings?
