I’ve been tracking using Mira for a few months but it hasn’t been able to pinpoint my ovulation yet. I’m a PCOS girlie and am taking Letrozole unmonitored. So far I’ve been using a 5mg dose. Do you think this is the correct dose for me? My chart I assumed would have more spikes and peaks. When do you think I ovulated? I’m torn potentially between upping the dose or maybe taking a break from Letrozole. Any and all advice welcome.

Should I be worried? Mira says I’m 4DPO but there has been no PDG rise, however my Oura chart says for the last 4 days my temperature has been above baseline. I looked it up online and it does say that PDG doesn’t always show itself in urine until 6-7DPO. I’m assuming the temperature rise confirms I ovulated. I’m going crazy trying to work it all out.

Looking for some advice about Letrozole and bleed before ovulation.

So I’m a PCOS girlie and this cycle was my first cycle on 7.5mg Letrozole unmonitored. According the Mira and my knowledge I hadn’t ovulated yet so was waiting for my peaks to show. However today when I went to the bathroom there was blood on wiping (I’ll add photo in comments if I’m allowed). I don’t know if it’s my period or if it could be something else? I don’t know if I missed ovulation with Mira? Also I don’t know whether to take Letrozole as if it were my period/next cycle. Any and all advice and experiences shared are so welcomed.

Just wondered how you think this chart is looking. TTC bubba number 2 and taking Letrozole 5mg CD1-6 unmonitored. Any interpretation or advice welcome.

Hiya ladies who use Mira. So I have PCOS and am taking Letrozole cycle day 1-6 unmonitored. Yesterday I had a huge PDG and E3G spike but no signs of LH rise, also my BBT rose however today all my numbers have gone back to really low. Is it normal for PDG and E3G to rise before ovulation or have I missed ovulation this cycle though I don’t think so as all my numbers including BBT decreased. I didn’t ovulate until CD21 last month with the same dose of Letrozole. Also my Oura ring is showing my body in sign of strain, could I be gearing up for ovulation? Anyone with similar experiences or any knowledge on this I’d really appreciate your help.
