EDIT: (WHICH ONE IS BETTER?) Boss Rotations or Dungeons?

Let's say the amount gained for 1 hour of grinding.

Updated my Windows 10 from 20H2 to 22H2 then this happened.

The only solution for me right now is opening 'explorer.exe' via Run New Task from Task Manager twice and then pressing the Escape key.

Is there a way to prevent this?

Edit: The cursor is active and fine.
