I need to lose weight ive done Omad,excessive excersise,gym and other stuff aswell but ill see if fasting will be the best of them

ive lost 25kg already but my bmi is still on red (26) i was obese, do you guys think my fats and electrolyte drinks are enough to last me till day 30? what were your struggles and how to ease them off help please!
