But after seeing projects like Godrej Vrikshya, Whiteland Westin Residences, Hero Palatial, and Krisumi Waterside recently, the area feels different now.

There’s enough visible progress across sectors that the discussion is slowly shifting from “will this area develop?” to “which pockets will mature better?”

That feels like an important change because buyers are starting to evaluate livability and density now, not just launch pricing.
