Cheat through fasting?
I cannot for the life of me maintain a healthy diet.
I am 1 75 m tall, 73 kgr. I have an ok to good metabolism overall.
I want to lose 8 kilos in 7 months. Since my work schedule and my mental health make changing my diet completely impossible, would a 36hour weekly fast do the trick? I can easily start and maintain that.
Of course with no overeating when the window opens
