I came across an interesting site https://staysin.eu/ (I hope I can use links here) that shows if the site leaks data to non-EU countries. I am mostly worried about US. So I checked EU cloud storage sites on https://www.goeuropean.org/ It looks like most of them have connections to US althougt they present themselft as EU based.
