Did anyone regret buying a red light therapy device?
I’ve been going down the rabbit hole on LED masks and honestly… I can’t tell what’s legit vs marketing.
Some are like $100, some are $500+ and everyone claims “clinical results.”
I don’t mind investing if it actually works, but I’ve definitely been burned by skincare tools before.
If you’ve bought one:
did you actually see results? how long did it take? would you buy it again?
Trying to avoid dropping $$$ on something that ends up in a drawer.
