After so many hours, for me around 100, I vacuum the whole machine. The screws that hold the hotend in the head come loose, check them and the nozzle. Give all screws holding components a check and a snug. Heat soak bed and snug/loosen screw as needed. Wipe print head guide rods clean.
One of the biggest and best things I did was separate print bed and under carriage. There is a ribbon wire for bed sensors in-between those. I rerouted that wire through wholes and beneath the under carriage. This removed it from the heat of the bed. Stopped a whole lot of error codes and faults.
