Super buildup area : 1388ft, carpet area: 1000ft.
North facing. 3 bhk, 2 toilets.
Self occupied for 1 yr, planning to sell for 9500/sqft. The balcony faces another block.
Please let me know if this is fair pricing if not please suggest the price.
