2026 Draft

Who do we want in the 2026 draft?

Starting to look at this year’s draft, who are we hoping to get?

Is Noah Braun a genuine option for us?

Obviously the father son connection is there and he’s had some big games this year.

Who else should we be looking at and what do we actually need most?

F WCE guernsey at Freo game

Are we this cringe as a supporter base?

I like Freo and want to see them do well but far out they hate us 😂

Jeremy Grantham warning against US stocks - what do people think?

I’ve seen Jeremy Grantham saying the US stock market looks extremely overvalued, especially with all the AI/mega cap tech and that investors should look more outside the US.

Is this a genuine warning worth adjusting for, or is it another case of smart investors being too early/bearish for years?

I’m trying not to think of panic selling, but his warnings in the past have been pretty consistent and accurate. I’m in the my early 30s and have only really invested in the S&P over the last 4 or so years so wondering whether it makes sense to reduce US concentration and add more global ex-US/emerging market exposure?

Curious what people here think!

Mid season tournament is going to be a live chance?

I know this idea has been talked about before, but I honestly thought it was one of those things that would never be seriously considered.

Now it feels like the AFL is just looking for another way to commercialise the season and turn it into a new product. How much more revenue do they actually need? And does anyone outside of Andrew Dillon or the broadcasters genuinely want this?

The Dillon era makes the game feel so gone.
