Is it safe to drive this to a shop or should I tow it?

Need help troubleshooting a NPE-210s tankless water heater. I keep getting code E012 for flame loss. I have descaled it, cleaned the dirt trap, cleaned the air filter, replaced the water valve as it was leaking, inspected and cleaned the igniter rods, and cleaned the inlet water filter. I've also removed the condensation line and dirt trap completely while letting the water drain during heated operation to ensure that is was clogged which I understand creates water vapor or high humidity in the heat exchanger.
