I bought Orchestra tickets and received Mezzanine tickets from the seller. I just received the tickets for a show in five hours that is otherwise (pretty much) sold out. What are the odds that this gets resolved?

I'd like to still attend as this is the last performance, but had I known these were mezzanine seats when I bought them, I would not have bought this ticket at a premium over other available mezzanine seats.
