Help Po, asking if this could be a scam or a misclick on the end of the giver.

Bigla Po kasing may nagsend sakin eh di naman ako nag request ng load from any of my usual people that I load from (one friend of mine and my mother and they don't have access to my accounts anyways). It happened when I was charging the phone so late ko nalang napansin that GCash already notified me this. I don't even know the user so I'm really concerned. I tried contacting support AKA GCash help kahapon pero wala pa silang reply.
