
Lots of similarities between myself and this model, same height, I'm also an African-American male like him. Clearly a naturally lean, skinny" physique, but Ebby (model) is obviously carrying a decent amount of muscle and has maintained his leanness.
He notes that he's never "bulked up" just ate well and trained consistently for years. I'm 6"1, 159lbs and would like to add some muscle to my frame, similarly to Ebby's look. I've no interest in being huge. Just look good with my shirt off, fit and healthy and lean.
With consistent training and diet, how long do you think I can go from looking like this, to looking like him?
Right now I'm carrying very little muscle, and a little bit of fat around my midsection. Just need to get back to training consistently.
