Career Advice 2.0

Currently a Sales Manager at the Max for the last 5 years, I’m convinced on moving to a Major Brand dealer but would like some input.

I would ultimately like to join a Luxury brand and grow my career providing exceptional customer service.
I’ve spoken with a few F&I managers and their role aligns to what I would like to do to learn more of backend.

Would I have to start as a Sales Associate and then move into a Manager role?
Family owned dealer vs Corporate dealer?
What brands would you recommend?
What are things I should really consider?

Located in Los Angeles
For comp. context I make under six figures gross per year, usually work 45 hours a week, 2 random days off per week, unlimited pto (usually take off 5 weeks per year).

Leasing Estimates

Anyone have any guesses on lease pricing? R1T starts at $799 with about $7-8k down.

My current EV lease end in April 27.

Would love a performance but if comparing to Tesla, the Y performance is at $900 with minimal down.
