I am currently attending University in one state (Ohio) however before I attended, I lived in Minnesota, and am still technically a resident of Minne (my family still lives up there, so I have a Minnesota drivers license etc.) I am interested in getting a bike and learning ride. Would I need to go back to MN to get my permit, or does Ohio (or any state for that matter) offer something for non-residents? I only ask because having to take 3-4 days at a minimum to go back up there is near impossible with my school/work schedule.
