I’m moving to the foothills soon what’s the best Internet options? Spectrum went up to $89.99 plus tax* where I’m at currently & it’s the only provider for my subdivision🙄

I'm moving to yuma October 26. I came here to ask other army family's for advice on renting or buying
What areas to avoid?
I'm assuming the foothills or Wellton for a 2 bedroom is my best bet.
My fiance death was service connected and left our son with no life insurance, So we have a very tight budget.
Any tips on safe parks & recreational activities would be awesome also! We love everything outdoors & travel. Hiking Sedona,water parks & Utah are on the bucket list for example.
