DeskHaus Tabletop Warranty? Their support AI says website is inaccurate

Trying to find a straight answer here so I can decide between a DeskHaus and Flexispot.

The website says that their HPL tops have a 1 year warranty, but maybe this only applies to dings and scratches on the top surface?

I used the support chat on their website and I didn't realize it was AI at first. Call me dumb but I have used chat on websites that connects with actual people before. The chat said the rubberwood HPL tops have 20 year warranties. I found this confusing since it contradicts the website. The rubberwood top is a final-sale no-return so it seemed slightly strange to have 20 years warranty on something like that.

I emailed support and a different AI responded in <2 minutes. The email AI says the text on the website is out of date and that all of their table tops have 20 year warranty.

Now I am left with more questions than I started, and I'm hoping this sub can help me find answers.

- Do the rubberwood and HPL tops have warranties?

- Do the tabletop warranties apply to the top as a whole or only the surface?

- Is there more about the warranty policy on the website that is out of date? How out of date is it?

- If I were to buy from Deskhaus, are there ways to actually reach an employee if I need support?
