Questions regarding Air rescue school

Im currently contracted for Navy AIRR and I ship in 11 days so its coming up pretty quick. Ive been hearing a mix of stuff regarding what to expect at RSS and I decided to come here in case someone might be able to enlighten me a bit more. From my knowledge theres a prep course outside of bootcamp to get you ready for RSS and in general its more prep then weeding people out but once RSS hits its straight to the grinder and people potentially drop like flies depending on your class being studs or 4 pull up “thats good enough” guys. Anyways, im under the impression the grinder is a set of calisthenics followed by running and swimming then a whopping 50 meter underwater. Ive been training over unders plenty and with a solid 50 beats per minute heartrate I can just barely pull off a 50 meter underwater so frankly that has me pretty stressed. After the grinder ive heard its actually not too bad as the first day is designed really to get rid of the fat more then anything. My main question is really this, how true is all that ive said and what should I expect, also what should I be getting ready for both in the short time I have before shipping and after bootcamp before I hit RSS. I have no doubt in my mind that quitting isnt what will get me, im just scared of failing and the more prepared I am the better etc. I appreciate any help

For what it matters, heres my shipping pst scores.
Swim: 9:34
Pushups: 70
Sit ups: 70
Pull ups: 10 (I was told to just hit elevated on calisthenics, so these arnt my maxes but probably not to far off from what my maxes would be)
Run: 11:03 (I had mono recently and it fucked my run times, it’s my biggest stressor for this currently)
