Working during 1L

I just got accepted to Oregon, but I applied late and the scholarship isn’t phenomenal. I don’t really have money to pay for law school, and with the graduate plus loans not being a thing anymore, my scholarship + the 50k in loans would barely cover tuition. I live 5 minutes from the Oregon border and was planning on moving in there in June anyway. Do you guys think I should try to negotiate scholarship, wait until next year when I would have in state tuition and apply early, or work weekends even though 1L is tough enough as is? Any advice would be appreciated.
