I thought my results looked okay but at the bottom in notes it says a/p right thyroidectomy, needs repeat. Does this mean that they will remove the rest of my thyroid?

I had growths discovered on my thyroid two years ago and one was a high cancer risk so I had surgery pretty quickly. They elected to only remove half of my thyroid despite their being nodes on what they left but they were not concerned about them. Fast forward a year and I get my check up ultrasound. Going in they told me after this we will just monitor the every 10 years. After the scan though they changed it to every one year due to the growth of the nodes. Fast forward another 6 months and I feel a start to feel a big lump in my upper neck, higher than my thyroid around my Adam’s Apple. I go to my doctor and he is concerned so he orders labs and an ultrasound. I get bloodwork done and my TSH is 8.85 and the levels for my liver are suddenly not good…. Get scans on Tuesday and going from there. Should I be concerned or am I overthinking?
