latest update broke my pc cant launch games anymore
what do i do? everything has been working fine for months yet today i come home getting black screens on all games i tried to play. then when i logged out and hit the gear box and went to wayland on desktop the games launched but now its at like 5 fps which causes me to believe my card isnt being used??? ive tried to change drivers yet i get a error box it doesnt even give me an error code just and error box. i did the command to see when zorin os was last updated and i got this -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 122924 2026-05-14 20:03 /var/lib/apt/extended_states which leads me to believe we had an update today is there a way to disable automatic updates this isnt the first time and update dropped and all of sudden the os craps out. i was able to fix it last time but this time i dont think i can i need help i dont want to reinstall the os there has to be a fix can i downgrade or something. 1660 ti 32 gigs of ram intel core i7 9700 please help i am very pissed off right now this is ridiculous because like i said this isnt the first time a damn update has fked shit up sorry
