Are there no accessibility features in Outlook website?!

It feels like the Outlook app is not only lacking accessibility features that can be utilized by disabled users but actively have made it less accessible than other websites. One more notable one missing is the 'speak' feature I have set up on my mac that won't even show up when I'm on the Outlook website since microsoft's own dropdown appears. Am I some how missing something despite all my research and poking around the setting etc. ?

It looks like the app has some (although shockingly minimal) accessibility features but changing to the app isn't an option bc A its awful and B non of my signatures/email templates, tags, or anything else transfers and I'm not going to a lot the hours this would take to compensate for a feature a top software company by all means should just have.
