Good Morning -

I recently rented a portion of an older building. When I switched off a breaker, my upstairs neighbor informed me his air conditioner turned off. It also turns off several light fixtures in my rented area.

He says that he is paying for his own electrical through a meter, and this breaker is in the panel box in my rented area.

My logic now has me questioning if I'm paying for his ac unit attached to this breaker or if he's paying for my lighting. How can I tell what meter is reading the breaker?
