Hey everyone,

I’m a student at the University of Economics in Katowice (UE Katowice) over in Poland. I’m currently doing some research on the usability and overall user experience (UX) of music streaming apps, and I wanted to focus on Spotify since it’s the giant in the room.

I figured there is no better place to ask than a community of people who use the app daily and know all its quirks. I'm not posting a survey link—I just want to hear your raw, honest thoughts about how convenient (or inconvenient) Spotify is to use right now.

If you have a minute to share your thoughts, I’d love to know:

  • How easy is it for you to get around the app? Do you feel like the UI is intuitive, or is it becoming too cluttered?
  • How smooth is the process of building, editing, and organizing your libraries?
  • Do features like Smart Shuffle or homepage recommendations actually help you find what you want, or do they get in the way?
  • If you could fix or change one specific thing about the interface to make your daily listening more convenient, what would it be?

Any detailed rants, praises, or observations are incredibly helpful for my project. Thanks in advance for your time! Greetings from Poland! 🇵🇱
