We’re a small team and trying to hire an HR Executive (remote for first 2 months, then Bangalore).

Where do early-career HR people actually spend time online?
If you’ve hired before or started in HR yourself, what worked?

Not sure if this is the right place — but trying because good people are sometimes outside job boards.
