Help me find this low-budget movie playing in my hotel room in St. Vincent

I would be so grateful if someone could identify this bizarre movie I watched snippets of while in my hotel room on a vacation in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. (My ex made us switch the channel because his cringe tolerance is very low.)

I believe it was a Christian channel (MTM TV) but the movie seemed to be some kind of love story. I feel the actor playing the protagonist was probably the driving force behind the movie (a la The Room) and there was a lot of voiceover and the attempt at cowboy/American culture felt very foreign even though the cast appeared to be all American.

These screenshots are from a sequence where the main character gets up and dances around a restaurant and gets everyone to join him.
