I currently take the pill and finishing my 4mg dosage. I’ve overall lost under 2 stone and that was with a gap between my first and second lot of tablets.

At the moment my weight seems to be staying at the same amount for a good few weeks. Has anyone else noticed or had this? Trying now to pick up more exercises (I already work a pretty active job) like running, do others thing this will help?
