Hey guys, was just wondering if anyone has any idea what it would take to guarantee an interview at cineplex?

I’ve applied to this one place twice in the past month (2 separate job postings for the same thing) and messaged a GM that works there. I’m wondering if maybe that was too much? Is there something I could’ve put on my resume that could help?

Any idea when they’d start calling for interviews? Sorry I’m just super anxious about this and in dire need of a job (I’m 19+ and have my Proserve).

I did get an interview at this place last year but didn’t get the job and I think it’s because I didn’t have my proserve or reliable transportation because the interview went great and I was the only one who showed up.
