Hi all, quick question.

On WG-Gesucht, some listings explicitly say "Internationals welcome" in the WG details. Others don't mention it at all.

As a non-EU / non-German applicant, does the absence of that tag mean the host won't accept internationals, or is it just an optional checkbox some people skip?

Also, does living in Germany for more than 3 years qualify as non-international, or am I still considered international regardless?

Should I save time and only apply to listings that explicitly welcome internationals, or apply anyway?

Auf WG-Gesucht steht bei manchen Inseraten ausdrücklich "Internationals welcome" in den WG-Details. Bei anderen wird das gar nicht erwähnt.

Als Nicht-EU / Nicht-Deutscher Bewerber: Beim Fehlen dieses Tags bedeutet das, dass der Vermieter keine Internationals akzeptiert, oder ist das einfach ein optionales Häkchen, das manche nicht setzen?

Außerdem: Zählt man als nicht-international, wenn man schon mehr als 3 Jahre in Deutschland lebt, oder gilt man trotzdem weiterhin als international?

Sollte ich mir die Zeit sparen und nur auf Inserate antworten, die ausdrücklich Internationals willkommen heißen, oder mich trotzdem bewerben?
