Am I FRIED?

Hi! I'm an international student (MEX) that currently studies in the U.S. in a highly selective boarding school, however I am still horrified to apply to colleges (going for a poli sci or IR undergrad) here since so far from 10-11 i've had 1 B+ (first term of Adv english of junior year) and later on an A thankfully for winter and spring- however, My UW is like a 3.8-3.9 and my W around a 4.3 (6 honors classes and 2 adv, next year it will be 7 advanced classes in total)... I'm planning on applying to top 30's-10's and idk if my stats would be good besides my gpa

I'm not planning on asking for financial aid and also I did not know I was going to be here in 9th grade, so i am a little behind but trying my best to catch up with the American system and I hope to continue in it! :-)

these are some of my ec's/activities:

Translator from English to Spanish for people in my community and also Spanish to English in my school! - back home (9th-11th) in school(10-11th)

Leader of the hispanic group at my school (around 40 people) - Vp(11th), P(12th)

dorm assistant - semi unofficial (11th) officially(12th)

200+ hours of community service (9th-11th)

raised 2k (dollars) in fundraisers (10th-11th)

internship with a mexican politician and lawyer (11-12th)

some MUN awards - (11th) I can't apply to the competitions I wan't to go to because it is really expensive to fly to them and no one in my school wants to take me either so lol

Hobby Artist ( over $500+ in commissions ) (9th-11th)

not putting these down but also track and field (10th-11th), Robotics (9th-11th), JV soccer (10th-11th)

(still to take the SAT but I will not submit if i do not get over a 1500)

anyone have any good ideas to what schools I should def have in my list or some that I should not apply to? Any help appreciated :,D

Also anything else I should do during the fall to improve my application?

hi again everybody! so i really need help with strategy planning for my up-coming vacation months since I really need to get above a 1530 in the SAT or at-least above a 1500 on the September SAT since it's one of the final ones I can take before the early decisions are due- if it were not for that, i would still be retaking until November. So please anyone has any recommendations of what to do for this score? I'm planning on applying to a top20 school and my SAT score was humbling :,D
