Review still not done after 5 months?
I had a review which started in November last year, they calculated that I had over-reported my capital and they needed to calculate if I was due any money back. I sent a follow up message in February, they said once they had recalculated everything the review would close. I have an outstanding to-do which I was told to ignore as it was created in error. Is it normal for recalculations to take this long?
