I joined a consultancy firm last August as a Recruiter (fresher), now everything was fine till April, but this month my TL n Manager n upper management just dropped a new rule

Since it's a consultancy we have a monthly target, now which they have divided into daily Target. So suddenly they started applying LOP if that daily Target isn't met. Like I spent almost 12 hrs there n boom it's a LOP. But it's not same for all the people for 2 of us only it's happening. BIASED

No such thing was mentioned on the offer letter regarding deduction and obviously I know it's kinda illegal even if it's mentioned on the offer letter.

I'm definitely planning to leave the company but I want to know how to deal with it. Like I want the money on the date they marked LOP without any strong reason and being completely biased n toxic. If they don't pay is there any way to get that?

Pls suggest the way out
